Passionate about design & providing clients with their dream homes.

My name is Jamal Reid or Jay as many refer to me as.


I am the proprietor of Reid and Co Developments, a plumbing engineer by trade and a general builder. We are well versed in carrying out bathroom and kitchen installations as well as HMO conversions, loft conversions and home refurbishment.


We also have a separate maintenance team providing a 24 hour service for estate agents, facility management companies and property managers all across London. 


We offer free surveys and quotations for our clients where we make your dreams a reality. We assign a project manager who will liaise with the client and manage our team of trades on site. We break the work down into three simple stages and agree a realistic time frame with our experienced and competent team of tradesmen. Our aim is to build a long term relationship with all our clients so as our slogan suggests “a name you can trust”, we do our upmost to ensure we establish and maintain a level of trust throughout our relationship with all of our clients.

Design

We always strive to make our client’s vision become a reality. Extending their space to suit their lifestyle and budget, the trend to create new homes from old continues. We are there to guide and build through every step of the process. 

Build

We provide a full end-to-end project management service from design right through to completion for both Residential & Commercial projects. Each project is tailored to meet the need of our clients.

Maintain

Once built, we make sure it is finished to the highest quality. Should a client wish to further extend, re-model or re-design a previous project, we make the idea become a reality.
